Terms of service.

By engaging our service, you (the client) are legally engage with:

One Eighty Media Group Pty. Ltd.

This includes all engagement(s) with our co-brands:

“Deppicto Photography & Cinematography (Deppicto)”, “One Eighty Media”, and/or “SE Creative Films”

It is understood that One Eighty Media is the exclusive photo and/or video production creators retained to perform the services that are stated in this contract. Others taking professional images will be permitted to do so only at our discretion.

One Eighty Media reserves the right to use and/or reproduce all images and videos for display, publication, promotional material or other purposes unless otherwise specifically requested by the client (please let us know if this is your preferences).

One Eighty Media grants the client unlimited but non-exclusive rights to use or reproduce final images for which the client pays. 

One Eighty Media will take utmost care with respect to the exposure, development and delivery of their service. However, One Eighty Media is not responsible for any damages incurred during any session which may result from, but not limited to fire, rain or other acts of nature, beyond reasonable control and cannot guarantee the quality and/or quantity of service provided. 

In the event of a cancellation of the event / contract, any deposit portion (refer to Payment Schedule) of the payment schedule is non-refundable. A change of date after the contract is accepted only allowed in the event of bad weather / acts of nature / any party(s) falling ill / government restrictions. If a change of date is inevitable, the deposited amount provided by the client will remain with One Eighty Media. The new date(s) must comply with every party(s) availability and needs.

One Eighty Media is not responsible for any permit / license in any locations and of any actions / activities that is required for the service. If the client has not acquired the appropriable permit for a location, One Eighty Media has the rights to postpone / cancel the filming at said location and / or said action / activity.

One Eighty Media is not responsible for obtaining talents (ie. models, actors / actresses), property, or other releases in connection to any of the images and videos licensed herein.

One Eighty Media declines all responsibility relative to any use of our product which could constitute in an infringement on the rights of third parties. The client will not make or permit any alterations, additions, or subtractions in respect of our product, including and not limited to any digitalisation or synthesising of the photographs and videos, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known.

Client is expected to provide One Eighty Media’s crew(s) with one (1) meal when engaged in service with duration of 6 hours or more. If no meal is provided, One Eighty Media’s crew(s) will take 1 hour break.

Client is expected to provide One Eighty Media’s crew(s) with one (1) night accommodation when engaged in service located more than 200km away (by car) from Sydney CBD and with service duration of 8 hours or more. If no accommodation is provided, Deppicto will choose most suitable accommodation for the service and it will be charged to the client.

Client is expected to provide One Eighty Media’s crew(s) with return transportation with at least 23kg of luggage weight for each crew and within reasonable time before and after service date when engaged in service located more than 400km away (by car) from Sydney CBD. If no transportation is provided, One Eighty Media will choose most suitable transportation for the service and it will be charged to the client.

Any additional fee(s) occurs during and in relation to our service will be charged to the client. This includes, but not limited to: parking fee(s), location / permit fee(s), entrance fee(s).

Location fee may apply for any service located 60km away (by car) or more from Sydney CBD. This fee will be discussed with the client during meeting.

Upon payment of the non-refundable deposit, the client agrees on all terms and conditions provided by One Eighty Media. One Eighty Media also agrees to provide the best service to the client in relation to their professional services.
